E-invoicing in Addad.
The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority requires businesses to adopt e-invoicing in two phases: the first sets the form and content of the invoice, and the second (integration) links your system to the Fatoora platform to report your invoices the moment they are issued.
Addad meets the full requirements of both phases, and we handle the integration and setup for you.

Does Phase 2 apply to you?
Phase 2 applies in successive waves by revenue, largest first, and its threshold has fallen wave after wave until it reached 375,000 Riyals of taxable revenue in 2022, 2023, or 2024. The Authority notifies the businesses in scope months before their date, so if you receive a notice you are in an upcoming wave and there is enough time to prepare. If you like, we help you check your status against the latest Authority announcements, and if the obligation does not yet apply to you, adding it later is only a price difference.
Check your status with usIs Addad accredited by the Authority?
According to what the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority has published, a taxpayer is considered compliant once their system meets the e-invoicing requirements, whether or not the solution provider is on the advisory list. Addad is built on those same requirements: a digital signature, sequential numbering, an approved QR code, and reporting to the Fatoora platform. And we verify your system invoices in the Authority environments before we activate the integration for your shop.
From your device to the Fatoora platform, with no middleman.
Every invoice is digitally signed on your shop device, and does not pass through third-party servers.
It is reported to the Fatoora platform directly, and each invoice has an indicator showing its status: reported, pending, or rejected.
An internet outage does not stop selling. Invoices are saved and reported automatically and in order the moment the connection returns.
Credit notes (returns) are signed and numbered within the same chain, and every invoice has an approved QR code.
The status of every invoice in front of you: what reported, and what is waiting for the connection.
How do we activate Phase 2 for your shop?
We register your shop device with the Fatoora platform and issue its digital certificate.
We activate the digital signature on your device, and issue the verification invoices in front of you.
Your invoices report automatically after that, and you track their status from the system screen.
